Quick facts

In plain English

The Hialeah Branch Courthouse is at 11 East 6th Street, Hialeah, Florida 33010. Court hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; Clerk office hours are on a separate Clerk page.

Plan your parking. The court says there is limited, free, off-street parking, and a paid parking garage across the street behind City Hall. If the free spaces are gone, the garage is your fallback. The page gives three driving routes: from the north or the south by way of I-95 to SR 112 West and the Okeechobee Road exit, then Palm Avenue north to East 6th Street; or the Palmetto Expressway (826) north to N.W. 74th Street, east to Palm Avenue, then south to East 6th Street. For buses and trains, the court refers you to Miami-Dade County Transportation & Public Works.

The page does not say which kinds of cases are heard here, so confirm with the court or Clerk if you are unsure.
