Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026.
This policy covers this website, run by Dennis Gonzalez Law, P.A. ("we," "us").
Sending us the form does not create an attorney-client relationship.
What we collect
When you visit:
- Our host, Vercel, keeps server logs. Logs include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request.
When you use the contact form:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email (optional)
- Who the consultation is for
- What you write in the message box
- A document or photo, if you choose to upload one (4 MB limit)
How we use it
We use what you send to:
- Contact you
- Check for conflicts
- Decide whether we can help you
We do not sell your information.
We do not share it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
We use these service providers only to run the site and deliver your message:
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Resend emails your form to our firm inboxes.
- Twilio sends a text or WhatsApp alert to the attorney that a form came in.
We share your information with no one else, unless the law requires it.
Phone and WhatsApp
If you tap a phone or WhatsApp link, your phone or WhatsApp handles that contact. WhatsApp's own policy applies to messages sent through it.
Google Fonts
This site loads its fonts from Google. That sends your IP address to Google. Google's privacy policy applies to that.
Links to other sites
Links to Google Maps, Instagram, and Google reviews take you to those companies' sites. Their own policies apply there.
Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies of our own. Vercel may use what it needs to run the site.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. We use no ad pixels.
Confidentiality
We treat what you send as confidential, to the extent the law allows. This applies even if we do not take your case.
Under the Florida Bar's rule on prospective clients (Rule 4-1.18), a lawyer who learns information from a prospective client may not use or reveal it, except as the rules allow for a former client's information.
Please do not send urgent matters by form alone. Call us.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as part of our intake records.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email DG@786.Law.
We may keep what the law or the Florida Bar's record rules require us to keep.
Children
The form is not for anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
Governing law
Florida law governs this policy.
Changes
We will post any changes here, with a new effective date.
